- →You live in or near Oakland. Berkeley, Emeryville, Alameda, even San Francisco — our shop is closer than a 30+ minute mobile coordination window.
- →You want the cheapest option. $85 vs $180 — saves $95 if you can make the trip.
- →You need it done today. In-shop often has same-day or next-day slots; mobile usually books 2-5 days out.
- →Your vehicle is mobile-easy — sedan, small SUV, regular pickup, motorcycle. Easy to drive 20-45 minutes.
Pick mobile if:
- →You can’t easily drive to Oakland. Lives in San Jose, Marin, Walnut Creek, Santa Rosa, anywhere beyond ~30 minutes of our shop.
- →You have a large RV, motorhome, 5th wheel, or commercial truck. Mobile to your storage facility is the only practical option.
- →You have a fleet (5+ vehicles at one location). Volume discount applies; one mobilization beats 5 trips to Oakland.
- →Your time costs more than $95. If a half-day off work matters more than the price difference, mobile is the right trade.
- →The vehicle is stored at a facility that doesn’t easily release the rig. Some storage lots make pickup a half-day in itself.
